Delivery

At Hannah Dulcie, we want you to receive your purchase as soon as possible, but please be mindful of peak ordering periods such as Valentine's and Christmas, when we ask you to allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Often the delivery time will be much sooner but we do ask for your patience during busy periods. Your item will be wrapped and dispatched, ensuring: Your chosen item or items are in stock; payment has been approved and the delivery/billing address has been verified. We will send you email confirmation on your order, then a further email when your order has been dispatched, along with your delivery reference number. Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses and all packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery.

Delivery Costs UK

All UK deliveries cost £4.00. Any orders over and above £150 are granted free delivery unless outside of UK.

International

Europe: £8.00 Worldwide: Australasia, United States, Middle East, South Africa, Far East: £15

Next Day Delivery

A next day delivery service is possible providing the ordered item is in stock. Price will vary with the weight of your purchase so please email us with a same day request, and we will email you with a quote and expected delivery time.

Sending Gifts

If you would like to send your purchase as a gift, please specify this in the notes box. The recipients gift will arrive with them wrapped and boxed and we have small cards to enclose with your message upon request.

All orders will be delivered to you carefully gift wrapped in tissue and sealed with our Hannah Dulcie labels.
