We ask that on receiving your item/s to check them thoroughly before removing tags -
For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange underwear garments or swimwear.

Due to the very delicate nature of the fabrics we use, once worn, Hannah Dulcie will not be accountable for any breakages, tears or pulls in your product, which is why we ask you to check thoroughly on receiving your item, that you are happy with the quality and the fit of upper garments such as bras and camis.

If you believe your goods are faulty on arrival we will inspect them and then contact you by email or phone to discuss an appropriate resolution.

Any faulty garments will need to be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact.
Upper garments can be returned to the below address with the enclosed returns form filled in.
Please note that garments must be returned unworn, unwashed and with tags intact to ensure a full refund or exchange.

Please fill out the form enclosed with your order and send it back with your returned goods within 14 days of receipt. Replacement items will not be gift boxed, so you may wish to retain the box from your original order. If a product is being exchanged for size or for personal choice reasons, the customer would bear the cost or postage. We would contact you within 48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays for your payment details.

Hannah Dulcie Cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. We recommend that you send the goods by registered post. We will contact you once we receive your returns within 48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays and then process your request for a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
