Due to the very delicate nature of the fabrics we use, once worn, Hannah Dulcie will not be accountable for any breakages, tears or pulls in your product, which is why we ask you to check thoroughly on receiving your item, that you are happy with the quality and the fit of upper garments such as bras and camis.
If you believe your goods are faulty on arrival we will inspect them and then contact you by email or phone to discuss an appropriate resolution.
Any faulty garments will need to be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact.

Please fill out the form enclosed with your order and send it back with your returned goods within 14 days of receipt. Replacement items will not be gift boxed, so you may wish to retain the box from your original order. If a product is being exchanged for size or for personal choice reasons, the customer would bear the cost or postage.
